LAND AT BRIZE NORTON, CARTERTON

Arc provided landscape consultancy services for Annington Properties. Work included a comprehensive site assessment, design strategies and coordination of ecology and arboricultural work associated with the regeneration of this MOD site in West Oxfordshire. Working alongside the architects and engineers and following pre-app discussions Arc has contributed to the development of the masterplan and the design for this new residential area of Carterton, including pocket parks with play areas and incorporating the best of the existing trees on the site. Reserved matters using detail designs produced by Arc were approved with work starting on site 2018 and completed the following year.
