Dagenham
Arc are appointed to provide landscape consultancy services for the redevelopment of a former industrial site in Dagenham. Located on a contaminated site the open spaces have been designed to incorporated flood compensation whilst providing a series of vibrant green and urban spaces for residents and visitors. The current proposals are for a mixed use residential led development with circa 3000+ new homes.
Working closely with JTP, the project architects, Arc prepared a detailed strategy for the public realm including SUDS, hard and soft landscape and play.
