Arc have provided townscape advice to support a detailed planning application within the Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) for a site to the north of Abbey Wood. The proposal, designed by Assael Architecture, will deliver residential-led mixed use development that includes buildings ranging from 3 to 17 stories and re-provision of the PDSA Animal Hospital.

We produced the Townscape and Visual Impact Appraisal to support the planning application. Potential effects on the setting of Lesnes Abbey, a Scheduled Monument, were considered within the visual impact appraisal and consultation was undertaken with Historic England as part of this project. We were also involved with the presentation to the RBG Design Review Panel.
