Arc were appointed to consider development options for a former site owned by Ford in Essex.

Working with Iceni Projects, Arc provided landscape architecture services for pre-application, focussing on developing a strong landscape and public realm strategy that responded to the local context of adjacent woodland. The landscape strategy adopted a multifunctional approach addressing Sustainable Urban Drainage was a play and increased bio-diversity.
