Gondar Garden, Hampstead

Arc were appointed by Linden Homes in 2015 to provide landscape design services for this complex site which includes a range of residential  properties set within a disused Victorian reservoir in North London. Working with Metropolitan Workshops, Arc developed a detailed public realm / streetscape strategy for this highly constrained site. In addition to the usual constraints presented in podium level designs, planting, which was a key aspect of the proposal, posed a particular challenge due to the heavily shaded conditions.
