Kennel Farm, basingstoke

Arc were appointed by Wates and Linden Homes in 2014 to advise on a revised layout and prepared detailed design for a reserved matters application. We were involved in extensive consultation with the local wildlife trust to develop an ecological enhanced landscape scheme incorporating an ancient woodland and chalk grassland. The open space includes swales and attenuation basins as well as formal and informal play areas.
