KINGFIELD ROAD, Woking

Arc were appointed as landscape architects for the redevelopment of the Woking Football Stadium and the creation of a residential neighbourhood around including 5 blocks of flats comprising circa 1000+ homes.

The design of the public realm focus on accommodating the two main uses of the site and ensure they could both function successfully together as well as creating an attractive place to visit or live in. Working with a multidisciplinary team, Arc provided landscape architecture services to all aspects of hard and soft landscape design and prepared a Townscape / Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment.
