construction & delivery phase services

Arc provide design and consultancy services throughout the delivery stages of a project. We can work on behalf of clients or main contractors; review the detail design undertaken by other consultants or undertake audits of previously completed works. 

We are experienced in the preparation of tender and construction phase documents including NBS Specifications, detailed planting plans, hardworks plans, street furniture layouts and fully detailed and coordinated construction packages. We regularly liaise with specialist suppliers, contractors, visit fabricators and nurseries to approve or tag stock.

Once a project is on site we are able to monitor works, act as contract administrators and provide site reports / certification as required. We are also able to provide audits of site works and monitor management and maintenance phases.
