Arc are appointed by Berkeley Homes to work on the reserved matters application for the development of this site into a 151 home residential development with associated open spaces.

Drawing on the concepts set out within the Landscape Design and Access Statement prepared as part of the outline planning application, Arc has contributed to the development of the masterplan and detailed design for this new residential area of Effingham. Key areas included a new park with play areas as well as incidental open spaces and streetscape plantings.
