Concept Design, Hertfordshire

As part of a tender bid, Arc prepared a speculative conceptual scheme for a residential waterfront development. Following an initial analysis of the site, the design incorporated a series of spaces that sought to unify the built form across the scheme. The public realm sought to combine usable public open space with pedestrian and traffic movement. The relationship with the waterfront was an important element with seating that steps down to address level changes.
