Arc were appointed by St Congar on this regeneration project to transform a former training campus into a mixed tenure, residential development set within Metropolitan Green Belt. Sitting within a mature parkland setting, the design development of the masterplan has been landscape‐led throughout and Arc have played a leading role in coordinating the landscape and environmental aspects of the scheme along with design development to ensure streets and spaces will provide an attractive setting whilst fully integrating the scheme into the sensitive landscape context. The scheme received planning approval, following a public inquiry where Vanessa Ross, (Director) successfully presented evidence as an expert witness on Green Belt and LVIA matters. Arc have subsequently been retained by Linden Homes to progress with the reserved matters application for the scheme.
