Minster House, Hatfield

Arc are appointed by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council to work on the redevelopment of this site into an assisted living scheme.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, we prepared a landscpae and visual impact appraisal and coordinated a heritage statement for the site. We have provided a landscape design that creates attractive and accessible gardens for residents, staff and visitors. The communal gardens include sensory planting, contemplative areas, raised planters for residents and a herb garden planted by the kitchen.
