EXPERT WITNESS

We are experienced in acting as an expert witness, providing specialist, independent services either support of planning applications that have been refused permission. We have worked with a range of leading KCs on projects within complex and sensitive settings such as Green Belt and AONB or sensitive urban settings.

We have prepared evidence concerning both landscape and townscape character, and visual impact as well as addressing 'very special circumstances' relating to Green Belt. Evidence has also dealt with matters relating to design, public realm and open space provision.
