THE NICI - hotel, bournemouth

Arc have been appointed by the owners of the Nici (formerly the Savoy Hotel) in Bournemouth to design the grounds of the hotel which is being refurbished to provide additional accommodation, restaurants, spa and an outdoor pool.

The hotel is located on the seafront and within a Conservation Area. The existing garden includes several mature trees which will be maintained. The main residents garden will include a new swimming pool and a series of terraces with views out over the sea. The car park and boundaries are also being upgraded to provide an enhanced arrival experience and to improve the appearance from the surrounding streets.
