Arc were appointed to prepare a landscape strategy and masterplan for this medium sized residential development in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.

Located adjacent to the east-coast mainline railway, the open space was designed to include a central play area for a range of age groups.

Planting to the periphery is designed to provide native woodland and scrub, with an orchard and wildflower meadow all designed to enhance bio-diversity.
