Quarles Campus, Harold Hill

Arc are appointed by Mercury Land Holdings/Bellway Homes to provide landscape consultancy services for the redevelopment of Havering College, Quarles Campus in Harold Hill within London Borough of Havering’s Core Strategy. Working with DHA Architecture and planners, Savills, Arc have been involved in a comprehensive pre-app and design review process which has informed the layout as well as the architecture and public realm design.

With a focus on high quality public realm, a major feature of the development will be a new park located to the edge of an Ancient Woodland. Located within Green Belt, Arc also prepared a Landscape and Visual Appraisal which assisted in developing the emerging masterplan.
