Woolwich real tvia

Arc have provided townscape advice to support a detailed planning application within the London Borough of Newham for a site close to the northern terminal of the Woolwich Ferry. The design, by BPTW Partnership, proposes a 14 storey building which will accommodate residential units and ground floor commercial floor space along with landscaping enhancements and public realm improvements. It provides a visually attractive and high quality distinctive marker building that adds legibility to the meeting point of the Capital Ring National Trail, Woolwich Ferry and Woolwich pedestrian tunnel.
