Framlingham, Suffolk

Arc have prepared a landscape masterplan and detailed planning drawings for a mixed-used residential led development to the south of the historic Suffolk town of Framlingham

Working with architects at Finc, the masterplan has been informed by an initial landscape appraisal considering views across the valley and from the surrounding town and countryside. Located on a sloping site, the design has developed around the creation of a range of open spaces with multifunctional suds basins, play, recreation and biodiversity throughout.
